The architect has developed plans that offer customization of the house depending on your family’s needs.
A 7th bedroom can be added on the 2nd floor in place of the 12’x16’ master closet. The remaining master closet is 9’x18’ size.
An 8th bedroom can be added on the lower level and will partially replace part of the large playroom area. This bedroom will have direct exit to outside.
The 20’x40’ custom shaped in-ground pool can be added per architect’s plans. The plans were shown and discussed with City of Newton Building Inspector and were given preliminary ok from the zoning point of view. The formal Building Permit will be obtained upon finalizing the family needs.
